By downloading, installing or using the Cross-Border Toolbox software (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
The Software is a Windows desktop application that provides image translation functionality. Features are described on the official website and may be updated from time to time.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Your account and license are personal to you: do not share, resell or transfer them. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
Paid features are available as a Monthly (¥49) or Yearly (¥398) subscription. Payments are processed securely by Creem, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle; you may cancel at any time in the Creem customer portal. Prices may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Software, including its code, UI design and documentation, is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for its intended purpose.
You may not: use the Software for any unlawful purpose; redistribute, sublicense or sell the Software; or attempt to circumvent its license protection, except where permitted by applicable law.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that translation results will be perfectly accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where mandatory provisions of your local law apply.
